The methods we use at Iowa Strength, LLC are different from most gyms and that's what makes us so unique. We focus on atmosphere and relationship building. We find out what’s important to you and design a customized regiment for you, not some cookie cutter program or app. This allows us to help you achieve your goals in record timing. Our Story

Established in 2014, we didn't exactly know where we were going but knew one thing: we wanted to offer something different. We opened up the first 24 hour gym, offering free weights and minimal equipment, we grew upon humble times.

Fast forward we outgrew two downtown locations and moved into our current location, which is 8,500 square feet. We offer free weights, platforms, racks, machines, a private cardio room, sauna, wifi, and much more! Our memberships are all inclusive and offer 24/7/365 access to our facility.
